Rules:

1. For fairness, each home can only win the yard of the month once per year.
2. The winner agrees to have the yard of the month sign in their yard for one entire month, starting when they accept the prize, and being removed the second Friday of the following month.
3. The winner must accept the prize and sign within one week of being announced
4. Only the winner will receive the prize; the winner and runners-up will have their yard and gardens picture on this website and called out in the Hillstone Pointe community Facebook Group.
5. The winner will be chosen on the overall yard and garden look; Taking into account aesthetics and creativity.
6. Have fun! The goal is to encourage everyone to keep their lawn and garden looking the best they can!
